Turtles, Trails and Trailer Parks

I'm getting ready to go on a little trip to Jekyll Island, Georgia on Monday.  I'm flying down and staying with a friend in her trailer and all I'm gonna do is ride my bike, walk on the beach and visit the sea turtle sanctuary.  And take lots of pictures.  And read.  And maybe draw some stuff.

I can't wait.

My New Art!!

I had a great time at the Artist Project last weekend and I had awesome neighbours.  One of them was Noelle Hamlyn who makes gorgeous, delicate works of art out of gampi paper and other "findings". The Artist Project is one week away! I've been doing the last minute preparations and my camera is charged once again. Here is some of the work I'll be bringing to the show. It should be fun!

Well, it's definitely winter outside. I feel blessed that my neighbour down the street is kind enough to snow blow the entire avenue! When buying a house, remember to ignore all corner lots...think of winter shoveling! Unless you like shoveling...
